It seems in the gaming world sequels always outshine their originals which is more than we can say for movies. Dead Space 2 is no exception; it's bigger, scarier, and packed with more explosions than the first one by far. Isaac talks this time around as well and he is one angry guy!

Spoiler alert for Dead Space 1: At the end of the game you find out you are little on the crazy side and that the marker had imprinted itself in your mind and used you to do things you should never do while causing you to hallucinate and see imagery of your "dead girlfriend". The hallucinations, flashes, and voices in your head slowly intensified as you progressed through the game.

Now with that out of the way, time for my favourite thing in Dead Space 2! They didn't forget Isaac was insane and heard voices and hallucinated. Right from the get go in this game you are suffering just as bad as you were at the end of the first installment in this series. So the whole time you're playing this game you're sitting back wondering "Is that real? What was that? Who's that person up there? Oh, they're not really there. WHAT IS GOING ON!"

To wrap this up, this game was an exciting release and a definite must own if you love the survival horror genre. If you like resident evil, imagine it with scarier enemies and better controls in space.
