Not the best or worst puzzle game in the history of gaming however I found later installments in this series helped make it a better game in the end. The original compared to what's out there now kind of sucks in comparison.
I think the worst puzzle game I ever played was this black and white rotating tile game on the DS... If only I could remember what it was though... Polarity? Polaris? Who knows... That was the worst thing I ever bought...
The Dr. Mario theme song always gets stuck in my head randomly! :D
