I'm positive I've reviewed both of these titles before so I'll make this short and sweet. These are two amazing games and having them packaged together was incredible for the original Playstation. The only con that both this title and Final Fantasy Anthology have is that they are Super Nintendo titles that play better on their respective system. The load times for a game that is sprite based on a system that can handle 3D graphics is a little irritating. Was this not able to be polished? Am I getting finicky? Either way, great games, expect loading times though...

I gave up these versions for the GBA versions. More polished and better load times.
For CT I guess I meant the DS version ;)
The DS version was the best version, not only did it play well and have a lot of options for how you want to play or have the game look utilizing two screens... But additional content, a hidden final boss that ties to Chrono Cross, and an additional ending that ties to a possible third installment in the Chrono series.

Also... Add on two tacked on shitty dungeons and three specialized maxed out characters that can be maxed further and a slew of new equipment including a better rainbow sword... Shitty additional content or not, it's better than no additional content right?
That said, at the time this was released I was grateful to have it, along with the FF Anthology and being able to play a non fan-translated FFV for the first time. You're bringing back a lot of PS1 era JRPG memories for me ^_^
I tend to fill a lot of people with nostalgia all the time... Online or otherwise. I didn't mind the fan translated FFV on emulator... My only problem is once in awhile the translator couldn't figure out certain things or would cut out unimportant banter.
