I loved this game, it was a completely new way to get fit while playing games. It lost the novelty fast though, whether it was because I'm a very lazy guy, or if I just wanted to be told a dramatic story instead of "You're BMI could be lower, you're at 22.8, normal is 22.2, the best weight and health to fight off disease and sickness."

Hard to be motivated when it's constantly telling you off. Also hard to be motivated when every time you do one activity you need to select through menus and pick another. A true test of patience this game is, but for what it is worth it deserves a high rating because I did learn a lot from this game, the game was innovative, and even though it's burning a hole in a closet when I originally got it I couldn't stop playing it.

Wii fit helped me be able to touch my toes without bending my knees (Sun Salutation, Yoga) and it's a skill I have had ever since. If I played it more I'm sure I could do some Cirque de Soleil shiz.
